The Mercer is situated in the heart of the city conveniently located on Threadneedle Street. The restaurant has been lavishly decorated with black and white contemporary furniture, high ceilings and sumptuous leather banquette seating. The space has been perfectly designed for dinners and lunches with natural daylight and great sightlines – excellent for screenings and showcases. The venue can also host cocktail parties for up to 250 guests and 40 pax seated in the private dining room. The owner is Jason Bedford formerly of The Collection and Mocoto and the chef is the renowned Warren Lee also of The Collection. The cuisine will be modern and classic British.
